Xenia Papadopoulou is a Psychologist and a graduate of the Department of Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). She holds a Master’s degree in Psychosexual Therapy and has completed advanced postgraduate training in Family Systemic Psychotherapy.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in systemic theory, emphasizing how the individual functions within the context of their relationships. She focuses particularly on family and couple dynamics, providing therapeutic support aimed at improving communication, understanding roles, and resolving conflicts. Simultaneously, she works with individuals and couples on issues related to sexuality, relationships, and personal empowerment.

In her clinical practice, she offers sessions to individuals, couples, and families facing emotional, communicative, or functional challenges. Her professional experience includes, among other areas, counseling support for parents and children, as well as the creation and facilitation of therapeutic groups.

Having lived and studied in both Greece and Italy, she has developed a profound understanding of cultural diversity and varied family structures. Continuous professional development is a core element of her professional identity.

She believes that the therapeutic process is a living space for dialogue, where individuals, couples, or families can redefine their relationships, understand their needs, and grow with greater connection, acceptance, and self-awareness.
